Our holding company defines the strategy for the overall Group and is responsible for Finance, Controlling, IT, Marketing and Investments. We are not striving to achieve fast, short-term success. Instead, we want to work closely with our customers and suppliers to develop the Group in the long term. By contrast, the decision to keep day-to-day business operations in the hands of our managing directors and staff at the individual plants in Trebbin and Holdorf was consciously taken to ensure that these operations are managed by the people with the relevant expertise. This enables the Sales, Procurement, Production and Human Resource Management divisions at our plants to respond quickly and flexibly to changing requirements.
